SHIPPING
For customers who select regular delivery, this should take 3-4 working days to be delivered.
Regular delivery to the United Kingdom is free.
Next day delivery to the United Kingdom is also an available option for customers once at checkout.
Your order is packaged and shipped as soon as possible once confirmed, so changes to your order cannot be made subject to us working on your order shortly after being confirmed. We only ship orders during business days and do not ship weekends or any bank holidays. ttiwl.com cannot be held responsible for any delivery conditions beyond our control such as delays with postal services.
All orders made will include a tracking number once shipped. This will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped and confirmed to ensure you keep track during the delivery process.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this moment of time, we're only currently shipping to selected countries. Please email Info@ttiwl.com for more information regarding this if you live outside of the United Kingdom.
Shipping fees will be listed and added to your purchase total, so please make sure you check this before completing your checkout.
RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Info@ttiwl.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For international returns, we're not responsible for the cost of shipping or possible tax custom fees when sending a returned item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Sale items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
